What we were doing 1 week before Thanksgiving...

Yep, we had the chance to go spend a few days in Indio, California with some of my family. And those few days were so nice! Gavin had a blast, I had a blast...it was awesome & so relaxing! The pictures can just about explain themselves, but while we were there we went to Joshua Tree, we went hot tubbing, morning walks with "Hama" & "Bapa", swimming, the park, & floated down the lazy river a dozen times. I think the river may have been Gavin's favorite. He liked going under the waterfall & pretending he was a bumper car. Good times.
Oh yeah, and Gavin seems to think he knows how to swim now. It's pretty funny watching him walking or rather crawling around in the pool kicking one leg at a time every now and again, saying "watch this mama!" over and over again. What a fun boy we have! He makes me laugh!

What a sweet boy he is! Awhh, I miss your parents too! Tell them hi for us. We were just talking the other day about the Japanese restaurant we used to go to in SLC.

I got your text yesterday and I am so happy that you are going! It's going to be a special day. I can't wait to see the pictures!

Love you

Man, that does look so fun and relaxing! How lucky are you guys to travel all the time and have fun with family and I bet Gavin just loves it. He probably doesn't know what to do with himself when he's home!

Julie call me if you ever want to have a play date 326-9550 Kids rule on Warm Springs is really fun and we try to go once a week.

Yes it was fun to have you all out here. It was such fun watching Gavin and Abbi eating pomegranates. You will have to do it more often. A good way to wear their little legs off runnig up and down the pasture, feeding the animals. Bet they didn't get to the freeway before falling asleep.

Okay...the comment above this might SAY from Grandma and Grandpa, but this is from the TRUE Grandma and Grandpa. Hey Gavin, after looking at all the fun pictures, I am afraid that you are going to be totally BORED at our house this time. I do have a cool truck with BIG tires for the indoor sandbox with the purple sand if you are not scared of it still. :) And I have pomegranites that came from that "other" Grandma's house. But, you will have to pick them from my garage instead of the cool pasture next to the cool horses and goats. darn. Well, we still hope you want to come because we MISS you. We REEEEEAAAAlly miss you...oh and your Mom and Dad too.
