The other weekend we had the chance to go up to Matt's Grandparent's house. We had so much fun! They have this huge yard, which I'm pretty sure Gavin was drooling over...I know I was.
We got to do so many fun things while we were there! Gav asks almost every day, "Hama's house?". And he talks about the "baby" playground he got to play on inside the giant fig tree (which I am in love with! that tree is AWESOME!). He talks about the donkey, sheep & goat he got to touch and feed. And he absolutely loves, loves, loves the little motorcycle is great Grandma gave to him. He even refers to it as "Hama's". Hopefully we can get back up there soon because we all had a blast! Here are some pictures of our very fun day!
On some adventures with his Great Grandma (they found a bee hive, which Gavin really wasn't to sure about) & she took him on a bike ride which he thoroughly enjoyed.
The incredibly awesome fig tree!
Feeding and petting the animals
Eating pomegranates with Great Grandma & learning how to use scissors (he was so proud of himself)
The fun bike ride...I love this pictureTHANK YOU Grandma & Grandpa Clark for having us over & for such a fun day!

What a fun time you guys always have. I love the picture of Matt's Grandma riding Gavin behind her on a bike! That's awesome that they are in good health and you could enjoy some time with them. I LOVE pomegranates!!!
Hi Julie!
You have such a beautiful family, and it looks like you have a lot of fun together. Does your son like pomegranates? I didn't think our son would (he's 18 months old), but he loves picking out the seeds--plus it keeps him occupied for a little while! :) I've only driven through Moab on my way to SLC, but I hope to some day soon spend some time in the gorgeous outdoors there.
Take care,
Katie (Valenti) Brousseau
P.s. After visiting Julia (Pratt) Mason's blog, I went to Chelsea Anderson's, and then eventually to yours. So...that's how I found you in case you're wondering! :)
Oh GREat. just more competition. Gavin, I am seriously going to have to build a theme park of some kind in the back yard before you get here!! I doubt a couple of chickens and a purple sand box are going to cut it at this point! Hey..you dont even like sand! Oh, we do have a baby cousin of yours living with us...hmmm...maybe that will be interesting for you? hmm playdoh? oh yeah..playdoh is like sand huh? hmmm well, we will think of SOMEthing!
