We were fortunate enough to be able to spend a couple of days in Utah with family & friends @ the end of February. We went down there for a friends' wedding. It was so much fun! They were married in the SLC Temple & it was just so nice to go to the temple again. It's been a while, since we don't leave Gavin with anyone except for family. That is partially my fault...I'm one of those mom's with a severe case of separation anxiety. But I'm getting better & so is Gavin.
Gavin warmed up quickly to his adorable aunts, Abby & Heather. They were so good with him all weekend. Thanks girls!!! There was this blimp rider type thing that Matt's brother, Seth, used to play with when he was around Gavin's age...Gavin seriously LOVED that thing. He pushed around all the time & then he discovered how funny it was to chase Abby with it. It was so fun watching him play and watching his little personality shine. Oh yeah, that picture where it looks like Gavin is throwing daggers...yep, that's his new look. He looks at you like you are ridiculous. And he does it ALL the time.
So while were in Utah there was a little snow storm. It was so fun being in the snow again, cold, but fun. And this was Gavin's first snow. The first time he was taken out he wasn't to sure about it. But then Matt & I took him out again later & he did alright as long as he didn't have to really touch it. But what can you expect from a Vegas baby? Or perhaps he's just not that big of a fan of scooby-doo, but he sure looked cute!
Grandma & Grandpa Wiscombe got him this adorable suit right after he was born. He's just now fitting into it & I absolutely love, love, love him in it! He looks like such a little man. Thank you G&G Wiscombe! And there he is pushing the infamous blimp & having a marvelous time!
Abby & Gavin reading a book in the car together. It's not the greatest of pictures, but it was such a cute moment. I didn't want the camera to ruin it.At the temple with our wonderful friends that we miss so much!
This was at the reception. I love this picture!

Hey Julie!
I know Rigel's in Salt Lake, but I'm not sure about his contact info. Maggie has his info, and you can email her at magsmason@gmail.com
She was talking about calling him up, so I'm assuming she has his number.
:)

I'm a mother with separation anxiety also! I've left Tralee with Jim a lot, but not others. I just left Tralee with her grandma (Jim's mom) for the first time a few weeks ago! She cried for a long time when we left, what's worse? I cried too! I didn't let her see me upset. I did what the books say and happily waved goodbye and made a swift exit. But, it was hard! However, Jim and I need to get to the temple, so she's going back to Grandma's this Saturday. Hopefully Tralee and I can both be brave! Wish us luck!
I can't get enough of Gavin's "daggers" look. It's adorable...
Missing you...
awwwwwwww!!! he is getting so big. Fun to be back in Utah, isn't it. Are you going to the OSSO reunion????
oh I need a hug from that little boy. Seth said that he is jealous of him because he got to rock climb from birth. Gavin, you need to come to Grandma W house because if you thought the blimp was fun, you ought to see the plasma car that Abbi got for her B-day!!! It is AWESOME!!!!! You are going to love it! xxoxoxxxxoooooo
