There is this cowboy/western themed park somewhat close to our house & the other day we decided to give it a shot. Gavin really liked it. Well, most of it. He enjoyed the swings as always and all the rocks and dirt. The giant windmill though...that was the highlight of our little adventure. Gavin was so intrigued by it spinning around and around. The wind has been picking up quite a bit here so that thing was going the entire time. There was a bridge there also that he decided he enjoyed walking across & then he thought he was hilarious crawling across it...that is until he face planted and then that bridge was no good!

Don't let those slides fool you! It may look like it's all fun & games on those death traps, but we walked out of that park with so many scrapes and bumps. They go super fast so you can't stop yourself at the end so you just fly right on off! And then they you feel like one of those balls in a pinball machine all the way down. Afterwards your hips, head and arms are all beat up. Poor Gavin he wasn't really feeling the slides either. Which was fine with us because niether one of us wanted to go down anymore. We're still feeling the "fun" from those slides. So as long as you avoid the slides at this park it's pretty awesome.

What a fun time together. You family is so good about getting out and about.
Every time I see a picture of you Julie I remember how beautiful you are. Great pictures.
Is this the park on Warm Springs, right close to Aunt Naoma? It kinda looks like it. I'll have to remember about the slide. Cute blog. Thanks.
